April is #StressAwarenessMonth
According to the Stress Awareness Society, 79% of adults experience stress at least once a month.
Stress can have a huge impact on our lives, including both our mental & physical health, and can play a huge part in experiencing persistent pain.
Our friends at @FlippinPain talk to Sashira, who shares how stress has impacted her persistent pain journey and why flippin' her understanding of pain, stress, and trauma has been a valuable aid in helping her to ''feel much better on a daily basis''.
