Planning for the future is important. Connect Health offers a pension scheme to all eligible colleagues, currently this is provided by The People’s Pension. Employer contribution of 3% and employee contribution of 5%.

At Connect Health you’ll receive a minimum of 25 days holiday and 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time), plus your birthday off work!

Celebrate in style by getting an extra day’s holiday on your birthday! Don’t worry if your big day falls on a weekend, you can still take an extra day and make it a long weekend.

Our popular Holiday Purchase Scheme allows you the flexibility to buy extra holiday, or sell it back in exchange for payment if you haven’t used it all.

Just Ask Policy

We hold annual excellence awards events dedicated to celebrating the successes and outstanding contributions of our wonderful colleagues - and to show our appreciation for all the hard work that they do all year round.

All colleagues have access to a confidential service to support with well-being, health, life and money matters.

If December tends to sneak up on you, this initiative allows colleagues to have a monthly deduction from their salary put in to a savings pot throughout the year and then this paid back to them in their November salary to assist with Christmas shopping!

Need some flexibility for short term or ad hoc working? We recognise that people go the extra mile to support our business. So if you need time off during working hours for personal matters, e.g. attending appointments and school events, it may be beneficial to work from home (if normally office based).

Boost Help@hand

Spread the word! Colleagues who recommend a friend to work at Connect Health are entitled to receive £250 once the new colleague has started and passed their 3-month probation period.

Colleagues are able to receive their flu vaccine and claim the cost back. This is to help protect our patients and communities, colleagues and their families.

Group Life Cover provides peace of mind and a usually tax-free lump sum pay out to loved ones in the event of an untimely death, helping to relieve money worries during a very difficult time. All colleagues will be eligible for cover at a minimum of 2 x annual salary. You will be eligible for this benefit as soon as you join Connect Health, up to the maximum age of 75.

Help@hand offers total health and wellbeing support for colleagues and their families, all in one place. The range of fantastic services available includes remote GP appointments, mental health support, a 24/7 helpline for emotional and practical support, medical second opinions and Cancer Assist, to name a few!

Our Mental Health First Aiders are trained volunteers who act as a first point of contact for anyone who is experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress, of a work-related or personal nature. These interactions can range from having an initial conversation, to supporting and signposting individuals to get appropriate support.
