We’re thrilled announce that our Patient Care Coordination (PCC) Team have been shortlisted for the North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCA), in the People Centred Organisation category. The Awards are an annual celebration of the people who have made North East Contact Centres among the best in the world.
At Connect Health our people are our key focus. Our values guide our everyday behaviours. Through our collective efforts, we strive to deliver a great colleague experience. We want our colleagues to be engaged, be at their best and maximise their capability.
Colleagues are the reason why Connect Health has been so successful, therefore it’s important that our PCC colleagues are recognised for the essential part they play in a patients recovery journey and the support they provide to our clinical teams to achieve this.
Huge congratulations to everyone in PCC on being shortlisted, especially as this year a record number of entries were received, and best of luck for the awards ceremony in November.
Caroline Clifford, Head of Patient Care Coordination said:
The North East has some of the best contact centres in the UK and Europe and I am beyond delighted that all the hard work and effort everyone has put into PCC over the last few years is, for the very first time, being recognised externally by industry experts.
