Before you apply FAQs

It’s important that you let us know if you want us to consider making reasonable adjustments to support you through the selection process. If you email one of the recruitment team at talent@connecthealth.co.uk, we’ll organise a brief chat so that we can understand how we can support you through the application and selection process.

First, we consider the qualifications required by the role compared to those outlined in your completed application. Qualifications include, but are not limited to education, certifications, past work experience, and skills.

At Connect we are committed to role modelling fair and inclusive hiring practices while acting in accordance to all employment laws.

All open vacancies at Connect are available to be viewed in the Job Search section of our careers webpage.

Yes, you can! If you use the search function and apply for the role titled ‘Talent Pool for future roles’ one of the recruitment team will then get in touch to identify what type of roles you are looking for.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept a speculative CV emailed in to us. We do need you to apply for a specific position or register for our talent pool for future roles.

This will depend on which role you are applying for. We will consider offering sponsorship for some of our clinical roles. This will be subject to certain criteria set out by the UK Home Office being met.

For our non-clinical vacancies, we are unlikely to progress applications where sponsorship is required to obtain a Tier 2 (general) visa as we expect to be able to fill all our roles with candidates who have the right to work in place.

It’s our responsibility to ensure anyone we employ is legally entitled to work in the UK. And that’s before your employment commences. So, we’ll ask you to bring along some evidence to your interview.

Be Prepared – Make sure your CV is up to date and tailored to the position that you are applying for

Be Unique – Ensure your CV highlights the skills that related to the job you are applying for

Be You – We want to see the real you, and your passions – so make sure that this comes across

Once you apply FAQs

Get in touch with us at talent@connecthealth.co.uk and we’ll do our best to answer your question.

Congratulations on receiving an offer!

You can typically expect to receive your contract within a week of accepting an offer with us. All of our contracts are digital so you can expect a copy to land in your email inbox.

We’ll let you know what documents to bring when we invite you to attend – we try to keep it to a minimum but typically these are “right to work documents”. It’s important you bring them as otherwise, if you are successful it might cause a delay with confirming an offer.

We’ll need to have a look and see if there are other dates we can invite you to. However, there is the possibility that we’ll fill the vacancy and so there may not be another date to offer. Give the recruitment team a call or drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

You’ll receive an email from us to confirm that we’ve received your application. We’ll then review your application against the skills that we’re looking for. We’ll then get in touch with you to let you know how we want to proceed. We aim to be back in touch with you within 2 weeks of your initial application
