There is parking onsite. Please only park in the bays. If there is no space, there are multiple local car parks available.
On arrival information
On entering the building, the hospital main reception is directly in front of you. The Connect Health department is to your left through the double doors, go past the coffee shop and through another set of double doors. Please check-in at the sign in screen in front of you, then follow the corridor to the right and take a seat in the waiting area to the left and your clinician will come to collect you.

If you cannot find us or are running late, please call 01865 634 336 (please do not contact Townlands Hospital reception)
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
