As you enter the King Georges Playing Fields, drive through the set of gates to the end and you will reach a car park.
On Arrival Information
The entrance is located on the left as you enter the car park via a slope. Turn right as you enter the double doors at the top of the slope. The exercise studio is located past the cafe on the left.
Reception staff are happy to guide you to the correct location if you are lost.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
