On entry to the buidling, please use the self-check in screen in the waiting area. Signage is in place to assist with directions.

Parking and local transport information

Please note that there is no onsite parking at this venue. The car park at Hanborough House operates an ANPR camera system and fines will be issued by the building’s management company if patients park there – please use alternative car parks in the area.

Elms Parade Car Park/Westminster Way Car Park is approximately 0.4 miles from Hanborough House. It has around 35 spaces and 2 marked disabled spaces which are regular in size. Parking is free for 2 hours, with the option to pay beyond this. The car park is publicly accessible without customer-only restriction.

Seacourt Park & Ride (not retail car park) is free for up to 1 hour, then £2 for 1-16 hours. There are hundreds of parking spaces but it is very busy and tends to fill up at the side of the car park closest to our venue first. It is 0.3 miles from Hanborough House, but please be aware that the space you are likely to get on a week day may add another 400m+ to this.

Hanborough House is on a bus route and accessible via multiple services (Minns Industrial Estate Bus Stop, for 4A, 33, 63E1 NU1 S6, S9, NS9), the stop is less than 100m away from the front door.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
