On arrival information

On arrival please use the lift or stairs to get to the Feltham Centre for Health on the 3rd floor. Please go to the reception window marked ‘Clinical Services Reception’. The administrative team will check you in and you can then have a seat in the waiting area here. Your counsellor will come and greet you for your appointment and our room is a short distance away from the waiting area.

Public Transport information:
Bus – Routes H25 and H26 stop on Feltham High Street close to Feltham Centre for Health.
Train – The nearest train station is Feltham.
Underground – The nearest underground station is Hatton Cross (Piccadilly), which is approximately 2.7 miles from Feltham Centre for Health.

Parking:
The Centre Feltham car park is located on Bedfont lane, approximately 200m away.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.

Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.

If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
