TUPE – Information to help

The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)

Regulations 2006 known as TUPE, is an important part of
UK labour law, protecting employees whose business is being transferred to another business.

It is essential for Connect Health to put NHS staff at ease when transferring over to us via TUPE, when Connect Health takes over
a local MSK physiotherapy service.

 

Remember:

  • Terms and conditions won’t change when you are TUPE’d over to Connect Health
  • Pensions will be carried across
  • We won’t demote you, you’ll have a role at your current grade and responsibility, if not better
  • You will benefit from enhanced career pathways
