Connect Health and the School of Health and Rehabilitation, Keele University launch new event, 9 May Birmingham

As a service to the NHS, Keele University and Connect Health have created an event to help CCGs and NHS professionals:

  • understand the challenges of developing MSK services to meet the needs of patients and taxpayers
  • hear about potential solutions experienced and outlined by CCGs who have done it
  • to network with other CCGs and health professionals, to share problems and solutions

We have an excellent line up of speakers, which includes:

Prof David Beard, Professor of Musculoskeletal and Surgical Science, Nuffield Dept of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences, University of Oxford

Sharon Barrington, Head of Planned Care and Long Term Conditions, Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group

Kay Stevenson, Consultant Physiotherapist: Clinical Champion, Keele University

Dr Ian Bernstein, Clinical Lead for MSK Transformation, NW London Health and Care Partnership Musculoskeletal Physician

Dr Graeme Wilkes, Medical Director, Connect Health
